The WAVE Wedding Playbook
We help you plan the day, not just the music. Most couples get a questionnaire. Ours get an operating manual for the whole wedding. You fill in one form, once. From it we build your master timeline, vendor sheet, ceremony and reception run sheets, photo shot list with real names, seating and dietary chart, key people, payments and tips, the rain plan, your family traditions, and a phone-sized contact card for the wedding party.
Change a speaker or move a time and every page updates. Your photographer, your venue and your MC are working from the same version, and nobody calls the bride.

Do you MC the reception?
Yes. With Wedding DJ + MC, Kamil hosts the whole night on the mic as well as running music and lights. If you already have an MC, we work from the same Playbook they do.
Is up-lighting included?
Yes, room up-lighting comes with every wedding booking. Cold-spark machines are an add-on, where the venue allows them (we confirm with the venue for you).
How far ahead should we book?
Most couples book 6 to 18 months out. We take one event per day, so peak Saturdays from May to September go first.
Do you take requests?
Your call. The Playbook has a must-play list, a do-not-play list, and a line where you tell us whether guests can request. We follow it.
What does it cost?
Every night is quoted for the night you want. Tell us your date and venue and you will have a quote back quickly, with everything included spelled out.
Do you travel outside Winnipeg?
Yes, anywhere in Manitoba. Travel outside city limits is billed per kilometre and shown on the quote.
