How a WAVE wedding runs

Six steps. You only do two.

1. Check your date

Tell us the date and venue. One event per day, so we answer fast.

2. The consult

A conversation with Kamil about the night you want, as many times as you need. Not a sales call.

3. Your Playbook

One form, filled in once. It becomes your timeline, run sheets, shot list, seating and contact card.

4. We reconcile

Your timeline against the photographer's and the venue's. Conflicts get caught in the planning months, not on the day.

5. The night

Load-in, ceremony sound, cocktail hour, entrance, dinner, moments, and the floor. Every cue is written down.

6. Teardown

We are out within the hour of the last song. Your people know what they are carrying home because it is on the sheet.

The music

Built with you, not pulled from a folder.

Must-play list. Do-not-play list, honoured even when a guest begs. Genres you love, genres you don't, the line dances you want and the ones you will walk off the floor for. Whether guests can request. Your Polish block at 10:30 if that is your family. It is all in the Playbook and we read it.

Kamil reads the floor and adjusts, and the floor stays full.

The lights

Up-lighting included. Sparks when you want them.

Uplighting for the room comes with every package. The room turns your colour before the first guest walks in. Add cold-spark machines for the first dance and the grand entrance (we confirm with your venue first), haze so the beams are visible, and a full dancefloor show once the floor opens.

Wedding DJ + MC

One vendor owns the room.

With DJ + MC, Kamil hosts the night: the grand entrance with every name pronounced right, the speeches kept on time, the moments cued, the tables called for dinner, the traditions explained to the half of the room that has never seen them. The person holding the timeline and the person holding the mic are the same person, and the music never waits for a handoff.
